MEP and AC, with 4 planned MEP and AC maintenance visits, callout inspections, 5 free emergency callouts a year and materials included up to AED 250 per visit. It fits most villas and townhouses.

The full property
The full property, MEP, AC and civil, with planned maintenance for all systems and material and labour included up to AED 500 per job. It suits larger properties, offices and landlords who want every system covered.
